Community, Fun, Excellence & Respect

Established in 1960, we are a friendly, community-spirited calisthenics club that runs out of our very own training facility in O’Connor. Our passionate and hard-working coaches, cadets, team managers, costume coordinators and committee work together to provide a caring and well-organised calisthenics experience for our members.

Calisthenics combines opportunities to dance and perform on stage, with the development of important motor skills and the creation of lifelong friendships.

We look forward to meeting and welcoming new members to our Club, and sharing the joy of our sport!
